通常、注文確認後、翌1〜2営業日に発送致します。状況により3営業日以内の発送となる場合もございますので、お急ぎの場合はcontactからメールをお願い致します。
(商品ページにお届け予定が表記されている場合に限り、ページ記載の通り発送致します)
<返送時の返送料について>
- 商品が受取人によって受け取り拒否された場合、またはお客様の都合で商品が返送される場合、「返送料はお客様の負担」となります。

日本国内の発送は900円（沖縄、北海道、一部離島地域は1,500円）
※商品ページに送料記載されている場合に限り、ページ記載の送料が掛かります。
Shipping method｜International
Due to the impact of the coronavirus delivery services for some area have been suspended indefinitely, If you have ordered any products that cannot be delivered because of this situation your order will be cancelled and refunded.
We will be updating with more information once we have it.
- Shipping operator: EMS / International Parcel via Airmail (Japan Post)
- Purchases are normally shipped within 7-14 business days after order receipt.
- Please take note that delivery may be delayed at times of high order volumes.
- No shipments are made on retail store holidays and on summer holidays and year-end holidays of the Company.
- Shipment dates can not be specified.
- Shipment arrival can be delayed due to weather-, road-, or regional conditions.
- Separately ordered items cannot be shipped together. All orders are shipped individually.
- Gift wrapping and shipment with a shopping bag enclosed are not available.
If the item is refused by the recipient or returned due to customer preference, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for all handling fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. Please contact your local customs office in regards to any customs and import duty charges.

Order cancellation, returns, and exchange of purchases｜International
- As rule, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged except.
Refusal of delivery or long-term absence｜International
- Customers are responsible to take delivery of their ordered shipments. If a customer is absent and delivery is not taken by the end of the temporary storage period, the shipment will automatically be returned and the order cancelled. Re-shipment after return and cancellation is not possible. Please note that in such a case, depending on the circumstances, the Company can require the customer to pay the round-trip delivery charges.
We don't accept lower the invoice price.
